Vigo, 1980. María (17) spends her time at student protests and in the bus demonstrations. Under the shadow of an absent father, she lives with her mother, grandmother, and siblings. Maria breaks from routine when she reluctantly starts working in the office of a car repair shop which is owned by a friend of her parents. A decision made by her mother to discourage her from spending time on the streets. Maria finds the repair shop is to be a hostile space, but her attitude changes when she discovers a hole in one of its walls. She peaks through and spies a group of dancers who are rehearsing in the adjacent warehouse. Cristina, one of the dances catches her attention, but what María doesn't know that she is also being watched from the warehouse.
